Lakeview House - Phase 2

The main ground floor living area was extended, with various walls and supports removed which in turn meant works in the basement had to be undertaken to facilitate our open plan design, as well as a 16 metre, fully automated Sky-frame section added so that the whole of this living area was then open to the gardens and lake.

The large gymnasium was also created by extending over the pool below and sealed off from the pool area with large structural glazing to allow large temperature & humidity differences in the two areas.

All of the 5 ensuite bedrooms and bathrooms on the 1st floor where also redesigned/altered as well as the large self contained annex on the 2nd floor. The internal garage was also redesigned with bespoke bi-fold hardwood sliding doors and large Crittall Doors installed so that some of our clients amazing car collection can be viewed from inside the house. A fully integrated AV and Lighting System was fitted as well as various complex moving walls/artwork to conceal large TVs in the main living areas.

Finally, all new custom made furniture & lighting was installed from our unique suppliers all over the world making this one of the most impressive projects that CRIA has undertaken to date.
