Lavender Farm
Northwich, CheshireOur clients approached Cria Construction and our sister company Janey Butler Studio to explore the potential of their 7,000 sq.ft countryside farmhouse. Originally converted within the past decade, the existing farmhouse lacked comfort and flow with vast open spaces lacking in character and comfort.
The proposed design adds a modest extension to the rear of the property, addressing the issue of an undersized master bedroom suite whilst simultaneously detailing the external elevations in a manner to tie together the otherwise disparate wings of the house.
Remaining true to the character of the local area, the proposal uses traditional materials, forms and proportions to provide a home that works wonderfully for our clients and sits comfortably within its mature rural setting.
