Queen Anne House
ShropshireWe are extremely proud to have completed this large, complex project on this 15th century historic country manor house after an extensive design and construction program lasting over 2 years.
The clients came to us with an idea to extend and utilise an existing outbuilding into the house, look at the existing design and configuration of the historic house with a view to update all the mechanical & electrical services (M&E) throughout the house, a comprehensive interior fit out, look at the options of building a new car showroom and finally a complete new landscaping scheme.
An innovative approach and technology was used to give our clients the level M&E they wanted as well as a completely integrated AV system (linked to all buildings) which included; a complete Crestron and Lutron system with dedicated cinema in the basement, 4K distribution to all televisions throughout, 16 audio zones, underfloor/radiator/AC integration, security (cctv & alarm monitoring), gate entry, intelligent lighting control and blind/curtain automation.
A new plant room was installed in the basement to house the new boilers, renewable technology and pressurised hot and cold water ensuring maximum pressure and flow to all the new bathrooms.
A comprehensive new landscaping design was created and installed to compliment the new layout and extensions.
